Uniflow develops modular approaches to mineral and material transformation, combining physical separation, selective chemistry, process intensification, and product qualification.
The scientific challenge
Many mineral resources and industrial residues contain valuable material locked inside complex phases. Recovering it economically requires more than extraction yield: energy, reagents, impurities, safety, circularity, and final product specifications must be solved together.
Our approach
We combine characterization, computational modelling, controlled experiments, and modular pilot design. Competing process routes are evaluated on a common basis so that each project advances through measured evidence rather than assumed performance.
Areas of investigation
✓Selective mineral separation and liberation
✓Specialty silica and magnesium-based materials
✓Mechanochemical and hydrodynamic process intensification
